To ensure a smooth, reliable, and secure shopping experience, Elovooue accepts the following payment methods:

All payments are processed through certified payment service providers that comply with the Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and PCI-DSS security standards.
At no time does Elovooue have access to or store your full banking details.
Payment Authorization and Processing
When you confirm your order, a payment authorization is requested for the total purchase amount.
The charge is made at the time the order is definitively confirmed.
In certain cases, Elovooue may carry out additional checks to prevent fraudulent transactions, including Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) as required by PSD2.
If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, the order will be automatically canceled. You will be notified promptly and asked to verify your payment details or contact your bank.
Currency and Pricing
All transactions on the Elovooue website are displayed and processed in euros (EUR).
Prices shown include all applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with French law.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be required by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are processed in accordance with Elovooue’s Return and Refund Policy, and in compliance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code relating to the right of withdrawal.
When a refund is approved:
- It will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed
- The maximum refund period is 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment
Depending on the customer’s bank, additional processing time may be required before the refunded amount appears in the account.
Shipping costs and any customs or import fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error attributable to Elovooue or defective products.
Disputes and Chargebacks
In the event of a dispute or payment-related issue, Elovooue encourages customers to contact customer support to seek an amicable resolution.
Any abusive or fraudulent chargeback may result in an investigation and, where applicable, legal action.
This policy is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
